Robert Nelander, Director of Collaborative Technology

Robert Nelander brings a wealth of communications and collaborative technology experience to XCELLOR. He focuses on continuous improvement in directing all aspects of collaborative application research and development for the firm and its valued clients. As a passionate advocate and early adopter Wiki technology, Bob has pioneered the use of cutting-edge web collaboration and agile delivery methodologies to contribute to the XCELLOR Agile Delivery Framework. Prior to joining XCELLOR, as a consultant to Global 2000 companies, Bob designed and implemented collaborative web sites and web-based solutions (e.g., CMS, CRM, ecommerce, etc.). He spent 20 years with the Sun-Times Co. and its subsidiaries in traditional newspaper publishing, as an award-winning reporter and editor, and then ushered the firm into electronic publishing. Bob holds a B.A. in American & Russian literature from College of Wooster and a Master's in Journalism from Northwestern University. He is a Certified Agile ScrumMaster.
