Customer-Specific Training Plans

Working with the client, XCELLOR provides knowledge transfer of technology and solution skills to develop an optimized training plan.

CsTPs are developed with client stakeholders by conducting a needs assessment, which takes into account staff turnover so that skills and knowledge can be maintained at the required level. The current skill set helps to determine the potential existence of a "skills-gap."

With the information gained from the assessment, we develop a CsTP that addresses training requirements, an appropriate delivery mechanism and a class schedule best-suited for the customer. XCELLOR recognizes the value of "on-the-job" knowledge transfer between consultants and other staff.

The goals of the CsTP are to pass along the knowledge from technology and solution skills:

  • By using innovative training delivery strategies in a cost-effective manner;
  • By ensuring minimal disruption to the other duties and responsibilities of students; and
  • By delivering the right course material, to the right students, at the right time.
